Terms of Service
Effective: 4 September 2026
1. Scope and eligibility
AegisPro Medical Supplies provides a public website, institutional medical procurement services and Clinical Learning. Public pages may be viewed without an account. Protected features require an eligible account and may require professional, facility or role verification.
Procurement permissions are intended for authorised hospitals, clinics, surgical centres, licensed distributors and their approved personnel. Learning eligibility does not by itself grant access to facility pricing, requisitions, approvals or purchasing.
2. Accounts, identity and access
You must provide accurate information, protect your sign-in credentials and use only the access granted to you. Supported sign-in methods connect to one account identity; they do not create separate purchasing or learning records.
Facility and administrative permissions may be reviewed, changed or withdrawn when employment, authority, eligibility or security circumstances change.
3. Ordering and facility approval
Submitting a requisition reserves available stock but does not form a contract of sale until it is authorised through the applicable facility approval process. Prices, taxes and delivery charges shown on the submitted order are recorded with that order.
We may correct or cancel an order affected by an obvious pricing, availability, product-information or technical error and will provide prompt notice where practicable.
4. Pricing and payment
Contract pricing is specific to the eligible facility and must not be shared outside that facility without permission. Approved invoices may be paid through the payment methods shown on the order. Goods remain the property of AegisPro Medical Supplies until paid in full where permitted by law.
Payment providers process card, Mobile Money or other supported payment credentials. AegisPro Medical Supplies receives the transaction result needed to update the relevant order or access entitlement but does not store full payment credentials.
5. Products, delivery and returns
Product listings support procurement decisions but do not replace manufacturer instructions, professional assessment or applicable institutional requirements. Clinical decisions remain the responsibility of the treating professionals and institutions.
Delivery, inspection, return eligibility, non-returnable goods and account credits are governed by the Delivery & Returns policy published on this website and incorporated into these terms.
6. Clinical Learning
Clinical Learning content, pathways, scenarios, questions, assessments and progress tools are provided for education and professional development. They are not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment instructions, certification of competence or a substitute for supervised training, local policy or clinical judgment.
Progress and assessment records reflect activity within this platform only. Institutions and professional bodies remain responsible for deciding whether learning activity satisfies their own training, credentialing or continuing-development requirements.
7. Content and permitted use
Unless stated otherwise, platform content and presentation are owned by or licensed to AegisPro Medical Supplies. You may use learning content for your own legitimate professional development and procurement information for authorised facility operations.
You may not sell, republish, scrape at scale, remove attribution from, misrepresent, or use platform content to create misleading clinical or commercial materials without written permission.
8. Acceptable use
- Do not impersonate another person, facility or professional role
- Do not attempt to access another user’s, learner’s or facility’s records
- Do not interfere with security, availability, pricing, assessment or approval controls
- Do not upload unlawful, harmful, misleading or rights-infringing material
- Do not use the platform for fraudulent procurement or unsafe clinical representations
9. Privacy and communications
Personal information is handled under the Privacy Policy published on this website. Service messages may include account, security, order, delivery, payment and learning communications required to operate the features you use. Optional learning notifications can be managed through the available account controls.
10. Suspension and termination
We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, institutions, platform security, legal compliance or the integrity of procurement and learning records. Where appropriate, we will provide notice and a way to contact us.
Ending access does not remove payment, delivery, record-retention or other obligations that arose before termination.
11. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Ghanaian law, liability arising from a product order is limited to the amount paid for that order, and liability arising from free Clinical Learning content is limited to the remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
12. Governing law, changes and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of Ghana. We may update them when our services, legal obligations or operating practices change. The current effective date will remain published here, and material changes apply prospectively unless the law requires otherwise.
Questions about these terms can be submitted through the Contact page.
