About AegisPro Medical Supplies

Who we are
AegisPro Medical Supplies is a Ghana-based healthcare platform serving hospitals, clinics, surgical teams and healthcare professionals through two coordinated services: institutional medical procurement and Clinical Learning.
Our procurement service helps approved facilities source surgical implants, instruments, medical equipment and clinical consumables. Clinical Learning provides approved educational resources, structured pathways and progress tools that support professional development without replacing institutional protocols or clinical judgment.
One connected platform
The public catalog and approved learning resources can be discovered openly. Protected activity—including facility pricing, requisitions, approvals, orders, learner progress and account preferences—remains connected to one verified identity with role-appropriate access.
Learning access never grants purchasing authority, and procurement access never exposes private learner records. This separation allows one account to support both services safely.
How institutional procurement works
Facilities register and are verified before receiving approved procurement permissions. Eligible users can view negotiated contract pricing, submit requisitions through their facility approval process, track authorized orders and receive itemised transaction records.
- Catalog organised by surgical department, procedure and pathology
- Facility-specific contract pricing and approval controls
- Live stock visibility, itemised orders and delivery tracking
- Payment after approval through the available secure payment methods
- Delivery across Ghana subject to the published delivery and returns policy
How Clinical Learning works
Healthcare professionals can explore approved Clinical Learning content and, where eligible, use a member account to continue structured pathways, save resources, record progress, complete assessments and manage learning notifications.
Clinical Learning is educational. It does not provide medical diagnosis, prescribe treatment, replace manufacturer instructions, or override the policies and supervision of a learner’s institution.
Our operating principles
- Accurate public identity and transparent business information
- Clear separation of public content, learner records and facility procurement data
- Verified permissions for pricing, approvals and purchasing
- Educational content presented with appropriate clinical limitations
- Privacy, security and accountable communication across both services
