About AegisPro Medical Supplies

AegisPro Medical Supplies provides institutional medical procurement and Clinical Learning. This policy explains how we collect, use, store, share and protect personal information. We do not collect patient medical records through this platform.

Information we collect

We collect account information such as name, work email, facility, approved role and authentication identifiers; procurement records including requests, requisitions, approvals, orders, invoices and delivery updates; Clinical Learning enrollment, progress, saved resources and feedback; and bounded technical information needed for security and service reliability.

Google sign-in data

When you choose Continue with Google, Google provides your account identifier, email address, display name and profile picture. We use this information only to authenticate you, confirm an account connection, attach Google to the same Firebase user ID, display your identity and protect access to approved records.

We do not request or access Gmail, contacts, Google Drive, Calendar, passwords or other Google services. We do not sell Google sign-in data, use it for advertising, or send it to generative-AI services.

Use, storage and sharing

We use information to provide role-based procurement and learning services, process transactions and communications, protect accounts, prevent abuse and meet legal obligations. Account and service data is stored through Firebase; Vercel provides hosting; Resend delivers transactional email; and Paystack processes payments. Providers receive only the information needed to perform those services.

Retention, deletion and your choices

We retain records while needed to provide the service, maintain security and meet legal, tax and accounting obligations. You may revoke Google access from your Google Account and request access, correction or deletion through our contact page. Revoking Google access does not automatically delete records that must legally be retained.
