Learner Privacy

Last updated: 6 November 2026

This page explains what learner information the study service uses and the controls you have.

Without an account

You can read published resources without signing in. Some study progress may be kept in your browser on this device. If you later sign in, that progress can be added to your account so it is not lost.

With an account

  • Account details: name, email address and the profile information you provide at registration, used to sign you in and identify your account.
  • Study activity: enrollment, progress, practice answers, planner items and saved library items, used to show your own progress and resume where you left off.
  • Settings: learning, notification and appearance preferences, used to apply your choices.
  • Payment status, if a paid option is used: payment references and confirmation records from Paystack. Payment credentials are entered through the payment provider, not in study resources.
  • Support messages you send, used to answer your request.

Sign-in and service providers

AegisPro operates this learning service. If you choose Google sign-in, your account identifier, email address, name and profile picture are used to authenticate and display your account. We do not request Gmail, Drive, contacts or Calendar access.

Firebase provides authentication and data storage; Vercel hosts the service. Service providers process information needed to operate these features. Authorised administrators handle learner support and account administration. Never include identifiable patient information in support messages or feedback.

Connecting Google does not create a separate learner identity. Disconnecting it from your Google Account does not itself delete your learning records. Ask learner support about access, correction or deletion; requests require identity verification and may be subject to applicable record-keeping obligations.

Analytics and cookies

The site may use analytics and similar technologies configured by the administrator to understand page use. A cookie notice is shown in the app.

Your controls

  • Review and change your preferences in Learning settings.
  • Remove saved items from your library and manage planner items yourself.
  • For questions about your data, or to request a correction or account closure, contact learner support.

Changes

We will update this page if the information we use changes.
